Terms of Service

Welcome to BlueLine LMS ("Service"), operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for educational use by individuals preparing for NYPD civil service examinations and Police Academy training.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@bluelinelms.com.
3. Subscription & Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. A free trial period may be provided as described at time of registration. After the trial, a paid subscription is required. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content including study plans, practice tests, and learning materials. AI-generated content is for educational and training purposes only and does not constitute official NYPD guidance or legal advice. Content may contain errors. Always verify information with official NYPD and DCAS examination resources. BlueLine LMS is not a substitute for official academy training or formal instruction.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share account credentials; (b) use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or unlawful content; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service; (d) use the Service for any purpose other than personal educational use.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology are owned by Blue Blip Tech LLC. Content you generate using the Service is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE BLIP TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the subscription settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blue Blip Tech LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact us at support@bluelinelms.com with questions.
